RETURN POLICY
Please Observe the Following Guidelines:
A. Authorization for returns must be received from Essential Dental Systems prior to the return of any product. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be provided for all returns.
B. Shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer to accept a return shipment.
C. Returned products are subject to a 25 % (or more) restocking fee.
D. Returned merchandise will be accepted within 60 days of purchase with no restocking fee if product is in saleable condition (in its original unopened package and not marred by any added writing or over-labeling).
E. Returns will not be accepted after 120 days of purchase.
F. Non-returnable items include:
1. Merchandise with less than 12 months left before expiration date.
2. Packages with broken seals or missing parts.
3. Used, damaged, or obsolete products will not be accepted for return.

Claims for lost or damaged merchandise should be immediately filed with the transportation carrier.
MINIMUM ORDER
There is a $125.00 minimum on all orders.
DROP SHIPMENTS
A 30% margin (Based on MSRP) on all drop shipments.
RETURN MAILING ADDRESS All returns, whether they are from the dealer or the doctor, should be sent directly to Essential Dental Systems, Inc. at: 89 Leuning St., S. Hackensack, NJ 07606
Because our goal is customer satisfaction, all returns from doctors must be accompanied by their office address, telephone number and a written statement regarding their dissatisfaction. This gives our customer service representatives the opportunity to follow up directly with the doctor.
